Services for Parents and Carers

I can help you to better understand your child or young person and share practical ideas and strategies that have proven successful, based on delivering hundreds of workshops like the ones below for thousands of parents and carers over the last 20 years. My aim is always to present up to date, relatable information that reflects the reality of living with ADHD, from personal* and professional experience.

I offer two virtual workshops with multiple dates available. Places on each are limited to allow for any questions you might have, in the company of others who know what it's like to live with ADHD every day.

* I was diagnosed with ADHD in adult life, have a teenage daughter who likely has ADHD (as yet undiagnosed) and my partner has two grown-up sons with ADHD.
